Technology, Policy, Analysis and Operation

The Technology, Policy, Analysis and Operation Division consists of a diverse set of science, engineering, and technical capabilities infused with a great deal operational experience which can be applied to a very diverse set of programs and initiatives. The design and deployment of technologies in the field range from single system applications to large-scale programs in both domestic and international locations. Our success is based on the combination of technical expertise, project management skills and a dedication to relationship management in order to solve our client's greatest challenges.

The specific objective to this internship is to develop talented, creative researchers who will augment the Laboratory's capabilities in key technical areas that can be utilized in solving these global challenges in safeguards and nonproliferation. Several of the assignments are directly supporting NNSA Next Generation Safeguards Initiative (NGSI).
